MOMENTUM Modular HFA User Guide (July 2023)

It provides guidance on implementing a Health Facility Assessment (HFA) to measure the availability, readiness, quality, and experience of care for maternal, newborn, and child health/family planning and reproductive health services. The guide covers the governance structure, methodology, sampling, customization, and operational planning for the HFA, as well as data analysis, report writing, and dissemination. It is intended for use by MOMENTUM awardees and other organizations interested in conducting an HFA.
