Abstract
The study, which was conducted in two phases, aimed to understand current feeding practices, identify barriers to optimal nutrition, and test improved feeding practices with caregivers. The results highlight significant gaps in breastfeeding practices, feeding frequencies, and dietary diversity, and provide recommendations for promoting improved feeding practices among caregivers. The study's findings have been disseminated to stakeholders, influencing policy and program decisions in Malawi.
