Abstract
The consultation was hosted by USAID and USAID Advancing Nutrition in collaboration with the Global Financing Facility, UNICEF, and the World Health Organization. The report summarizes the discussions, experiences, innovations, research, and advances in growth monitoring and promotion (GMP) since 2018 and identifies challenges that continue to affect the quality of GMP. It also provides an overview of the main topics covered during the consultation, key takeaways, and pending questions, as well as suggestions for next steps to move forward on helping to realize the potential of GMP to contribute to preventing and alleviating malnutrition.
