The report aims to identify the healthcare workers responsible for providing nutrition services at the primary health care level, their roles and responsibilities, and the competencies required for these services. The report also provides recommendations for governments, professional associations, donors, and implementing partners to improve the quality of pre-diploma training programs for healthcare workers.
