Opportunities to Improve Micronutrient Intake through Food Processing in USAID's Feed the Future Program (November 2020)

It presents the findings of a study that reviewed 142 Feed the Future projects with investments in food processing, focusing on those with a nutrition objective. The study aimed to understand how food processing can improve micronutrient intake and identify opportunities for USAID and implementing partners to strengthen food processing to increase micronutrient intake in targeted populations.
