Abstract
The guide is intended for USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance-funded Resilience Food Security Activity Implementing Partners to improve women and children's nutrition outcomes by optimizing the use of local foods. It provides resources, workbooks, templates, and tools to help implementers identify local nutrient-rich foods and develop strategies to promote their use in complementary feeding. The guide includes two pathways: a household food-based approach and a market-driven approach for the production of enriched blended complementary foods.
