Abstract
The book is divided into three parts: appropriate maternal and child feeding practices, processing and preserving ingredients, and recipes for complementary foods and foods for pregnant and lactating women. The recipes are organized by the age of the child, from 6 to 24 months. The book aims to provide caregivers with the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare nutritious foods for children, with a focus on improving maternal, infant, and young child nutrition in Malawi.
