Uganda Food and Nutrition Security & Early Childhood Development Monitoring Tool

It was developed by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in collaboration with FANTA/FHI 360/USAID. The tool is designed to assess the process and status of integration of food and nutrition security and early childhood development into community development programming at all levels, from district to household. It provides forms for data collection and reporting at each level, as well as guidelines for implementation, leadership, and data collection and reporting. The tool aims to enable the Ministry to follow up on progress, document and learn from experiences, and strengthen planning and implementation of community development programs.
