Abstract
It was developed by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in collaboration with FANTA/FHI 360/USAID. The tool is designed to monitor and supervise the integration of food and nutrition security and early childhood development at the district, sub-county, parish, community, and household levels. It provides guidelines for data collection, reporting, and performance improvement planning. The document includes forms for monitoring and supervision at each level, as well as a description of the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders involved in the process.
