USAID Advancing Nutrition Kenya Factsheet (January 2022)

The project aims to improve the nutritional status and health of populations vulnerable to nutritional deficiencies in Kenya. The factsheet outlines the project's objectives, key partners, and stakeholders at the national and county levels, including Kisumu, Kakamega, and Kitui counties. It also highlights the project's focus on strengthening government-led multi-sectoral nutrition coordination, planning, and resource allocation, as well as improving nutrition outcomes for vulnerable populations, particularly young children, their caregivers, and women of reproductive age.
