Abstract
The training aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to work with prospective adoptive parents. A total of 33 participants attended the training, representing various organizations and regions of Belarus. The training program consisted of 18 hours of sessions, which covered topics such as preparing children for adoption, post-adoption services, and the importance of openness in adoption. The trainer, Elizabeth Smolli, created a safe and comfortable atmosphere, and her expertise and presentation skills were highly praised by the participants. The participants were actively engaged in the training, asking questions, and completing tasks. The trainer's ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner was particularly appreciated.
