Abstract
This achievement is a direct result of the efforts of the Education Development Center (EDC) and its partners in the education sector. The adoption of national ALP policies is a critical step towards ensuring that the ALP program is aligned with the MoE's priorities and is implemented effectively across the country. County Education Officers (CEOs) have demonstrated improved use of ALP monitoring data, which is a key indicator of the program's success. The CEOs have been trained to use the data to inform their decision-making and to monitor the progress of the ALP program in their respective counties. This improvement in data use is a testament to the effectiveness of the training programs provided by the EDC and its partners. District Officers have also shown significant improvement in accrediting ALP centers, which is a critical step in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively. The accreditation process involves a thorough assessment of the ALP centers to ensure that they meet the required standards. The improvement in accreditation rates is a direct result of the efforts of the EDC and its partners in providing training and support to the District Officers. In addition to the above achievements, the MoE has also taken steps to certify ALP level completion, which is a critical step in ensuring that students who complete the ALP program are eligible to transition to formal education. The certification process involves a thorough assessment of the students' knowledge and skills to ensure that they meet the required standards. School Principals have also demonstrated improved supervision of ALP instruction, which is critical in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively. The Principals have been trained to supervise the ALP instruction and to provide feedback to the teachers. This improvement in supervision is a direct result of the efforts of the EDC and its partners in providing training and support to the Principals. Community relationships with education authorities have also been strengthened, which is critical in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively. The communities have been engaged in the planning and implementation of the ALP program, and they have been provided with training and support to ensure that they are equipped to implement the program effectively. Overall, the institutionalization of the ALP regulatory framework is a significant achievement that marks a major milestone in the implementation of the ALP program. The efforts of the EDC and its partners have been instrumental in achieving this milestone, and they continue to play a critical role in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively across the country. Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) Learners Eligibility to Transition to Formal Education Increased The eligibility of ALP learners to transition to formal education has increased significantly, marking a major milestone in the implementation of the ALP program. ALP sites have been selected and prepared for use, which is a critical step in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively. The sites have been assessed to ensure that they meet the required standards, and they have been equipped with the necessary resources to implement the program. ALP centers have been readied for use, which is a critical step in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively. The centers have been equipped with the necessary resources, including materials and equipment, to implement the program. The safety of ALP centers has been improved, which is critical in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively. The centers have been assessed to ensure that they meet the required safety standards, and they have been equipped with the necessary resources to ensure the safety of the students. Sufficient ALP materials have been produced, which is critical in ensuring that the ALP program is implemented effectively.
