The activities financed (e.g., feasibility studies, market analyses, development of prospectuses for U.S.-LDC joint ventures, and evaluations of A.I.D. projects relating to technology transfer) will result in the commercialization and marketing of adapted U.S. products or services either in LDC domestic markets or for export. A Technology Review Board composed of experts from academia and industry will be formed to screen potential activities for funding.
