The Advancement and Development through Entrepreneurship Programs and Training (ADEPT) is a global development alliance that aims to promote entrepreneurship and economic growth in Myanmar.

Abstract
ADEPT is led by the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (IIB) and is supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). During the second quarter of the second implementation year, ADEPT made significant progress in achieving its objectives. The program implemented several life-skills classes, known as PACE classes, which were prepared by partners in Pha-An and Pha-An and Myaung cities. Additionally, ADEPT launched additional HP LIFE centers in Pha-An and Myaung cities, which provided students with experiential learning and entrepreneurship skills. ADEPT also conducted workshops on cross-cultural management and business course curriculum for the Ye Co faculty. The workshops were attended by 44 faculty members, who received a book on managing across cultures. The program also implemented a business idea competition for 1st-year MBA students, which included a talk by local business leaders. The program also made progress in implementing its objectives, including the launch of HP LIFE centers in Hpa-An and Maubin cities. The centers provided students with information technology and entrepreneurship skills, and reached the people of Karen State and the town of Myaung. The program also implemented a PACE class for the first time in Nyaung Wine village, which was monitored by ADEPT. The program's results support progress toward several of its subactivities, including Subactivity 1.2a, which aims to improve the quality of business education in Myanmar. The program also made progress in implementing its objectives, including the launch of HP LIFE centers and the implementation of PACE classes. The program's achievements are significant, and it has made a positive impact on the lives of the people in Myanmar. The program's results support progress toward several of its subactivities, including Subactivity 2.2a.3, which aims to promote entrepreneurship and economic growth in Myanmar.
