Abstract
Camara de Comercio, Industrias, y Agricultura de Panama (the Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture) will implement the project. Under the policy advocacy component, the Chamber will establish an information center, conduct 9 policy advocacy studies, and sponsor a total of 15 policy reform and industrial reform seminars. The International Executive Service Corps will provide a long-term advisor. Activities under the export development component will include TA to specific industries and agribusinesses, a farmer-to-farmer TA program, product development studies, product workshops, and activities to create a one-stop licensing procedure.
