Grant is provided under the regional Environmental and Natural Resource Management (RENARM) project to The Nature Conservancy (TNC) to provide one-year training fellowships to ten conservation professionals from Central American NGO"s.

Abstract
fellowship will include some combination of the following: an internship at a TNC office or preserve; in-country TA from a TNC advisor; participation in training events in Latin America or Washington, D.C. and in an annual Fellows" Workshop; south-south exchanges; tuition assistance for local courses; and receipt of training manuals and newsletters. Another four fellowships will be funded via an A.I.D/W PVO matching grant.
