Project to support the development of Guineau-Bissau"s private sector by: (1) providing short-term training to government personnel in the technical and management skills required to further private sector production and finance and (2) building the capacity of local training institutions to transfer practical skills to artisans, agricultural producers, and entrepreneurs from the villages and small towns of the Southern Province.
