480 Title II food aid programs. ACDI will: (1) expand its use of food aid monetization as a means of encouraging the development of private sector agriculture and of agribusiness and private sector marketing channels; (2) carry out feasibility studies aimed at initiating multi-year Title II programs in new countries; (3) maintain its central headquarters" capacity to manage and account for Title II commodities; and (4) build organizational expertise in the use of Title II aid as a means of achieving food security.
