PDC-0158-A-00-1104-00 with Private Agencies Collaborating Together to continue its role as catalyst and facilitator of development through the provision of strategic assistance grants, training and technical assistance, information and communications services, and monitoring and evaluation support

PVOs and developing country NGOs. Assistance will include: (1) strategic assistance grants (SAGs) of $8,000-$25,000 to PVOs/NGOs for projects that involve more than one institution, incorporate NGOs as partners, conform to PACT"s regional priorities, and benefit women and include their contributions; (2) training and TA focusing on management, administration, and finance, and including workshops on institutional partnerships, participatory evaluation, managing professional relationships, methods and materials for community participation, and program management; (3) communication support through acquisition and distribution of program tools and media products and materials; and (4) monitoring and evaluation support to measure the impact of the grant activities.
