Abstract
The project will be implemented in conjunction with the centrally funded AIDSTECH project (9365972). SCF will train its staff, staff of other PVOs, public and private sector health care personnel, and persons from high-risk groups as trainers. These individuals will in turn train health workers and village community workers to deliver messages in the targeted communities concerning HIV/AIDS prevention and the care of infected persons. The messages will be culturally sensitive and will employ adult participatory techniques such as role playing, discussions, and demonstrations.
