Abstract
Grant funds will support the costs of employing 119 local OIC staff, training for vocational instructors and key staff members, and a consultant. Expected outputs are to: (1) enroll 66 new trainees in vocational training classes; (2) provide vocational training to 151 trainees; and (3) place 217 trainees in permanent jobs.
