Abstract
Contract responsibilities are to: (1) monitor and evaluate existing PMP and other relief activities; (2) design and develop new PMP interventions; (3) review PMP grant requests and handle logistical and funding arrangements for small-scale PMP projects; and (4) conduct special studies related to the PMP program.
