Abstract

and indigenous PVO"s to implement development projects in Zaire. The project, to be implemented by the Organization for Rehabilitation Through Training, a Zairian PVO, will train indigenous PVO"s in project design/implementation and will support subprojects to provide equipment and supplies to 200 rural clinics, upgrade 500 km of farm to market roads, and establish a pilot mini-hydro facility.
