Abstract
Educational activities will include: (1) lectures, seminars, and other means to heighten awareness of the responsibility of democratic labor organizations and (2) programs to assist women workers in increasing their collective bargaining capability. AIFLD will also provide CTH and its related federations and unions with legal, contractual, and collective bargaining assistance as well as legal advice on new laws and government regulations. A legal services fund will be created through contributions from CTH and other labor organizations so that these services will continue after the end of the project.
