Abstract
EIL will produce the following: (1) baseline data on PVO"s engaged in development and detailed profiles of each; (2) an analysis of the management, organizational development, training, and support requirements of each organization and of the Ecuadorean PVO community as a whole; (3) an analysis of PVO collaboration with one another and other agencies; and (4) an analysis of the feasibility of establishing a PVO umbrella organization.
