Abstract
IESC will: (1) provide business management and technical assistance directly to locally-owned enterprises; (2) recruit and maintain a roster of retired and non-retired volunteer executives, principally from business enterprises, for the purpose of providing such assistance; and (3) investigate the feasibility of expanding its program in the West Bank and Gaza.
