ANALYSIS METHODOLOGIES FOR EDUCATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES

Project consists of contract with Harvard University to develop analysis methodologies for use in planning and implementing LDC education and human resource development programs. From 9/77 to 2/78, Harvard concentrated on field support activities in El Salvador, Paraguay, Botswana, Pakistan, and Sahelian countries. In 2/78, Harvard was directed to shift attention to the development of planning and analysis methodological materials. In 9/78, Harvard submitted 50 methodological papers in draft to AID. AID/W, upon review of these papers will select those to be included in the final manual. No problems exist which would delay achievement of the project"s purpose.
