Abstract
Supplement provides an evaluation logic for determining inputs, outputs, and purpose of previous LAMP onsite Latin American activities. A list of sample interview questions addressing the evaluation logic is also provided. A listing of knowledgeable persons with whom interviews will be sought in Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, and Washington is provided. A modified schedule and budget (estimated at $21,825 are presented. Albert L Brown is to be the evaluation project supervisor; Dr. Lehman P Fletcher will assist as an agricultural marketing consultant.
