CARE risk sharing investment OPG

Project, to be implemented jointly by CARE and the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA), to field test and institutionalize a risk-sharing investment program (involving credit in-kind and already successful elsewhere in Colombia) which will stimulate small farmers to adopt technologies, e.g., fertilizer, improved seed, pesticides) that will increase crop yields.
