Abstract
This study preceded the design of an agricultural marketing project, funded by USAID/N"Djamena, by the Agricultural Marketing Improvement Strategies (AMIS) project. As such, the paper attempts to identify potential barriers to the implementation of the USAID- funded Agricultural Marketing and Technology Transfer project by the Chadian government, USAID, and private marketing agents in Chad.
