Abstract
The results of this analysis are intended to provide the Government of Ethiopia, civil society organizations, and international donors a basis for: (1) improved development programming, whereby results are used to devise strategies that support pastoral communities in managing risk and vulnerability; and (2) advocacy, whereby local information, observations and experiences are documented and communicated to broader audiences to raise awareness on pastoral issues.
