Condominium housing formation in the Republic of Armenia : reports and exhibits

Seven of Armenia"s largest cities were provided with assistance in complying with the mandate through a series of USAID/International City/County Management Association (ICMA)-sponsored seminars held during July 1995. This paper summarizes the preparations for the seminars and provides a record of the responses to a series of questions posed to the cities during the seminar. The materials developed under this task order are included as exhibits and are intended for use by Armenian instructors, who were trained in their use, and who are charged with the responsibility to continue the training for 19 additional cities by year"s end.
