The Electricity Distribution Services and Electricity Universal Supply Contract is a public offer made by the Distributor (Universal Supplier) to the Consumer.

Abstract
The contract is based on conditions presented in the Acceptance submitted by the Consumer in accordance with the model form approved by the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia. The subject of the contract is the distribution of electricity to the Consumer by the Distributor, as well as the provision of Universal Supply of electricity. The Consumer shall pay for the Distribution Service and the Universal Supply provided. The Distributor's obligations include distributing electricity of quality defined in the Republic of Armenia standard legal acts, announcing information about available settlements documents, submitting settlements documents, recording the quantity of electricity consumed by the Consumer, and ensuring the integrity of the commercial metering device. The Distributor's rights include suspending the Consumer's electricity supply in procedures and cases defined by the Trading Rules and Network Code, dismantling the Consumer's commercial metering device in case of obvious violation of commercial meter, and being present during accuracy testing and calibration of the commercial meter operation. The Consumer's obligations include paying for distribution services provided and quantity and cost of electricity supplied by the Universal Supplier, using distributed and supplied electricity for the purpose specified in the Acceptance, ensuring safety of maintenance, operation, and integrity of electric installations, and not breaching the integrity of commercial metering devices. The contract also outlines the procedures for accuracy testing of the commercial metering device, replacement of the commercial metering device, and provision of comprehensive answers to inquiries of the Consumer. The Distributor is required to inform the Consumer about scheduled and unscheduled outages and restoration dates, and to provide electricity to the Consumer in cases where the Consumer does not use any Supplier services, electricity supply is not provided by the selected Supplier due to reasons beyond the Consumer's control, or the Consumer is considered a vulnerable consumer and is subject to supply by the Universal Supplier only. The contract is valid for a specified period and can be terminated in accordance with the Trading Rules and Network Code. The Distributor is responsible for covering all costs associated with accuracy testing of the commercial metering device, except for cases defined in the Network Code. The Consumer is responsible for maintaining the consumption regime defined in the Acceptance and ensuring uninterrupted delivery of electricity to sub-consumers being fed from its electric installations or distribution network line.
