Abstract
The entity to be created will be a legal, for-profit, business entity capable of developing and managing a variety of medium- to small-scale business or manufacturing enterprises. At least one model profit-making, labor-intensive manufacturing business will be developed during the life of the project. CMSCS will implement the project with TA from Witherspoon International Corporation.
