Abstract
IT PROBABLY IS WELL-BALANCED IN ITS AMINO ACID COMPOSITION, WITH ITS UTILIZATION LIMITED PRIMARILY BY DIGESTIBILITY. THIS REQUIRES THE PROVISION OF AT LEAST 8.0% OF CALORIES AS PROTEIN IN THE DIET OF CHILDREN RECEIVING THIS AS THEIR MAIN SOURCE OF PROTEIN, THOUGH 10% PROBABLY WOULD BE SAFER.
