Abstract
The expanded staff - 2 regional directors, 3 subject experts (agriculture, education, medical), a long-range planner/programmer, and 5 support personnel - will produce 2 regional development plans, conduct an annual field survey evaluating ongoing activities, and institute 4 or more new country programs.
