Project to strengthen the Institute for Cultural Affair"s (ICA"s) capabilities for planning, researching, administering, and evaluating international human development projects (HDP"s).

Abstract

Additional staff will be hired by ICA"s Social Demonstration Office in Chicago, and a cadre of trained consultants will be developed to support expanded HDP activities including, inter alia, the development of 24 project manuals for replication and and an import/export linkage among HDP"s.
