Abstract
The framework consists of several key moments for evaluation, including Línea de Base, Evaluando Talleres de Innovación Comunitaria, Evaluando el Proceso de Prototipaje, and Evaluación de Cierre. The Línea de Base is a foundational moment that sets the stage for the evaluation process. It involves a series of exercises and activities designed to help participants reflect on their individual and collective capacities for innovation. The Línea de Base includes a Resumen de Herramientas, which provides a summary of the key tools and methodologies used in the evaluation process. One of the key tools used in the Línea de Base is the Reflexión Individual para Participantes, which involves a series of questions and prompts designed to help participants reflect on their individual capacities for innovation. Participants are asked to write about their key achievements and competencies, their sources of energy and motivation, and the challenges they face in their personal and professional lives. The Línea de Base also involves a collective reflection exercise, in which participants are asked to reflect on their organization's and community's collective capacities for innovation. This exercise involves a series of questions and prompts designed to help participants reflect on their organization's and community's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The framework also includes a series of diagnostic tools, including Objetivos, misión y propuesta de valor, Diagnóstico Organizacional, Mapa de Activos, and Mapa de Red. These tools are designed to help participants and organizations identify their key strengths and weaknesses, and to develop strategies for improving their capacities for innovation. The Evaluando Talleres de Innovación Comunitaria moment involves evaluating the effectiveness of community innovation workshops and training programs. This moment includes a series of exercises and activities designed to help participants reflect on the impact and effectiveness of these programs. The Evaluando el Proceso de Prototipaje moment involves evaluating the effectiveness of the prototyping process, which is a key component of the innovation process. This moment includes a series of exercises and activities designed to help participants reflect on the impact and effectiveness of the prototyping process. The Evaluación de Cierre moment involves evaluating the overall impact and effectiveness of the innovation program. This moment includes a series of exercises and activities designed to help participants reflect on the key achievements and challenges of the program, and to identify areas for improvement. Overall, the Caja de Herramientas de Aprendizaje is a comprehensive framework for evaluating community innovation capacities in the Piedemonte Amazónico region. The framework includes a series of key moments for evaluation, diagnostic tools, and exercises and activities designed to help participants and organizations reflect on their capacities for innovation and develop strategies for improvement.
