Abstract
These results were part of an effort to formulate a national policy on primary health care reports and analytic and research reports produced during the course of the pilot tests. The policy implications of the pilot tests are drawn and preliminary recommendations are made for use in the policy workshop on costs recovery held in July 1994, which marked the final stage of evaluation of the tests.
