Grant is provided under the Program Development and Support Project (5190168) to the Ricaldone Technical Institute (RTI) to assess and repair damages from the 10/10/86 earthquake.

Abstract
Engineering studies will determine the feasibility of repairing (or demolishing) RTI"s classroom building, and prepare plans and cost estimates for work to be undertaken. Funds are also provided to purchase the construction materials and labor needed for initial emergency repairs in time for the opening of the academic and training cycle beginning 2/87.
