Abstract
World Relief will: promote up to 1,730 home improvement loans through a savings and loan institution; construct approximately 2,500 basic, self-help homes for earthquake victims; help provide community facilities in selected communities where earthquake victims are living; and conduct training in community improvement in these same communities.
