Support and solidarity initiatives involve counseling, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment programs for individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Implementation of these activities is carried out through a network of community-based centers and mobile teams operating in various regions of Côte d'Ivoire. The organization has established partnerships with local health authorities, NGOs, and international organizations to enhance the effectiveness and reach of its programs. Geographic focus areas include urban and rural communities, with a particular emphasis on reaching marginalized populations, including sex workers, men who have sex with men, and injecting drug users. Key findings from the organization's midterm evaluation indicate significant improvements in ART adherence rates, with 85% of clients maintaining viral suppression. Additionally, the number of new HIV infections among program participants has decreased by 30% compared to the control group. The organization's advocacy efforts have also led to increased government support for HIV/AIDS programs, including the allocation of additional resources for ART provision and prevention services.
