OPG to the Peruvian Association of Juvenile Homes (PAJH) to help rehabilitate juvenile delinquents released from prison by establishing a halfway home to give them shelter and conducting a vocational training program.

Abstract
About 20 youths, ranging from 13-18 years old, will live in the shelter; educational and counseling services will also be available to other interested minors. Future PAJH activities will include creation of a job placement office and marketing of handicrafts produced by the youths.
