HIV/AIDS workplace policies and programs for microfinance institutions

Specifically, we look at the cost of HIV/AIDS on MFI human resources, the benefits of investing in HIV/AIDS workplace policies and programs, the elements of comprehensive policies and programs, and guidelines for developing workplace policies and programs for MFIs operating in HIV/AIDS prevalent environments. This note concludes with key considerations for the implementation of successful HIV/AIDS workplace policies and programs with a detailed list of additional resources. (Author abstract)
