Abstract
The report includes analyses of CDIE/DI"s FY 84 users and their information needs, the volume and types of services provided by various DI service points, and current and projected manpower needs and the costs for providing these services to different users. The report also identifies issues affecting the development and implementation of CDIE information services policies and discusses them within a policy framework, and identifies and analyzes organizational alternatives for providing development information services.
