Abstract
Final PES covers the period 6/66-12/79 and summarizes an attached review of the contractor"s final report made by a subcommittee of A.I.D."s Research Advisory Committee (RAC). For the contents of the PES, see the abstract of the original RAC review (XD-AAJ-106-A). The Office of Agriculture (S&T/Agr) concurs with the RAC in the desirability of an impact study of the project and will attempt to program such a study in FY 1983.
