Abstract
CATIE will use grant funds to finish Phase I activities which started under 5960129A, as well as to undertake Phase II (purchase orders, accounts payable, inventories) and Phase III (accounts receivable and fixed assets) tasks. CATIE staff will receive training in the operation of the SIIF.
