Limited scope grant project agreement between the United States of America, acting through the Agency for International Development (AID) and the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic (grantee)

The report will draw on various studies already being conducted by the Bank. Several experts on monetary and fiscal policy will be invited to: assist in revising various drafts; provide computer simulations; and make recommendations on economic policy reforms. Amendment of 6/26/85 extends PACD to 9/30/86, narrows scope of TA to advice on timing and contents of financial policies and computer simulation, and adds a policy study by Dominican experts of the incentives system in exports and imports, including export surcharges. Short-term training for selected CB staff members will cover subjects related to implementation of policy reforms. (PD-AAW-342)
