Abstract
The system is designed to provide a comprehensive platform for accessing and managing health data, as well as facilitating communication among various stakeholders. The SEIS system requires a specific set of hardware and software requirements for optimal functioning. The minimum hardware requirements include a computer with a Pentium or superior processor, a minimum speed of 166 MHz, 32 MB of RAM, and a 300 MB hard drive with free space. The system also requires a color SVGA monitor, a printer, a mouse, and a modem with a speed of 28 Kbps for remote connections. In terms of software, the SEIS system requires Microsoft Windows 95, 98, or NT, as well as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher. Netscape Navigator is also an optional requirement for users who do not have Internet Explorer. To access the SEIS system, users must double-click on the icon of the chosen browser, such as Internet Explorer. This will launch the system and display the main page, which includes various options for accessing different features and functionalities. The main page of the SEIS system includes several options, including Ingreso a la página de Bienvenida (Welcome Page), Ingreso a la estructura organizacional (Organizational Structure), Ingreso a los indicadores de salud (Health Indicators), and Acceso a la Base de Datos Interactiva del SEIS (Interactive Database Access). Users can access these options by clicking on the corresponding buttons or links. The SEIS system also includes various tools and functionalities, such as the Botones de Navegación (Navigation Buttons), which allow users to navigate through the system and access different features and functionalities. The system also includes a search function, which enables users to search for specific information and data. In addition, the SEIS system includes a section for displaying statistical data on health indicators, which provides users with a comprehensive overview of health trends and patterns. The system also includes a section for accessing the interactive database, which enables users to search and retrieve specific data and information.
