Abstract
Other critical messages cover rural water use, sanitation practices, infant feeding, food preparation practices, and personal hygiene. Contained in this document are 13 field notes developed serially over the course of the project and dealing with specific aspects of developing a public health education campaign involving radio, specialized print materials, and health worker instruction. The notes, anecdotal rather than comprehensive, report the project"s experiences in, inter alia, designing oral rehydration packets, creating radio messages, training health workers, and evaluating project activities.
